Community Impact

At A.U.P, we understand that excellent schools, along with vibrant communities, constitute the foundation of promising futures. Through our philanthropic collaborations and commitment to volunteerism, we extend our efforts beyond the confines of the classroom to create a positive influence in the communities we engage with.

We care about

our communities

Embedded within the fabric of our organizational culture is the mantra: A.U.P Cares. This ethos reflects our commitment to fostering solidarity amongst our team members and the neighborhoods we reside in. A.U.P sponsors collective volunteer initiatives such as the annual A.U.P Walks challenge and various endeavors that inspire our employees to contribute to their communities in impactful ways, supporting the causes that hold significance for them. Our employees’ influence spans far and wide, from raising funds for local cancer research institutions to establishing media centers in South Africa.

We care about ending hunger

At A.U.P, we don't simply make empty claims; we take tangible actions—quite literally. A.U.P Walks is a lighthearted wellness challenge where each stride we take contributes to alleviating food insecurity among children. Our employees and their families have collectively raised substantial funds in support of No Kid Hungry.

We care about our planet

A.U.P's Alpharetta headquarters, designed for efficiency and carbon reduction, has achieved gold-level LEED certification. Beyond the confines of our office, our employees have showcased their dedication to the environment through involvement in beach clean-ups, advocating for clean drinking water, and contributing to the construction of outdoor education spaces.

We care about our people

Our team members are our most valuable resource. Moreover, we recognize that a healthy and satisfying life outside of work significantly contributes to a positive work atmosphere. Through our volunteer policy, employees are empowered to dedicate up to four hours per week to effect positive change in their communities.
